Service Description
PDF-Sign provides a REST API for generating PDFs from HTML templates with dynamic variables.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys. Do not share your credentials. You are liable for all activity under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
- Abuse the API or attempt to circumvent usage limits
- Reverse engineer or resell the service
- Violate any applicable laws
Usage Limits & Billing
Your subscription determines your monthly PDF generation quota. Exceeding limits will result in API errors until the next billing cycle or plan upgrade.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your templates and generated PDFs. PDF-Sign retains all rights to the platform, API, and documentation.
Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.
Limitation of Liability
PDF-Sign is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time via the dashboard.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
